Who will use it, when will they use it, and why do they need to use it? How will your product help improve someone else’s life? How will it be different than other solutions already out there? 2. Not being agile in an ever-changing environment. Having a business plan and generally sticking to it is important. However, markets change on a daily basis and if you’re not willing to move and change with it, the world will gladly pass you by.
