Once upon a time, the psychological contract between employer and employee hinted at lifelong employment. Employees would have the expectation of continued employment as long as they continued at a specific performance level. Over the years, expectations have changed for both employees and employers. At a very basic level, the employee-employer relationship is based upon exchange. This webcast will explore the current nature of the employment contract from the viewpoint of employee opinions.
