Internal investigations of alleged ethics violations have never been more critical. Federal sentencing guidelines continue to raise the bar for establishing strict ethical and compliance guidelines. This workshop will focus on the investigation practices that satisfy these critical ethical guidelines. We will depict "real life" challenges that arise during an ethics investigation, and examine key steps to take when investigating allegations of ethical misconduct.
